We’re kicking the year off with some great news for our software users: our new Zendesk Customer Portal, including 24/5 support, is now live! We’ve been working towards a weekday ‘follow the sun’ support approach for almost a year. Having established and trained an excellent Support Team in Kuala Lumpur, we’re delighted to be able to bring 24-hour chat and email support to our clients around the globe, whenever they choose to work.
The new-look Portal makes finding product information or raising a support ticket much easier. There are hundreds of Knowledge Items and FAQs enabling you to find answers to common questions. If you had a support ticket open in Marval, our previous support system, we have migrated this across with all the necessary details.
Peer-to-peer support and information-sharing is huge benefit of belonging to the Scientia family. We’ll be moving our User Forum to Zendesk later in the year with the aim of further developing the Scientia online community.
