For many years now, Scientia has sponsored an award category at the annual Times Higher Education (THE) Awards. They recognise UK universities and their staff for exceptional teaching, research, student support, entrepreneurship, collaborations and outreach. This year, they were presented at a ceremony hosted by the comedian Al Murray at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
We believe in recognising and celebrating success in the sector we are proud to serve. The award category we sponsor varies, though we always ensure that it aligns with our aims and values. Helping institutions to deliver an outstanding student experience is at the very heart of what we do. So we were delighted to this year sponsor the Most Improved Student Experience category.
And the winner is...
We’re always thrilled for the winner, whoever they are; but it would be disingenuous to say we don’t get a boost when the winner is also a client. So here’s to Staffordshire University! The judges said that Staffordshire’s rapid rise up the rankings was impressive, and we agree.
James Grashoff, Scientia’s Sales & Marketing Manager EMEAA, presents the Award.
"This rounds off an excellent year for Staffordshire University and I’d like all University staff to share in this accolade as it shows that the effort that goes into putting our students first is being recognised by the people who matter most to us."
Congratulations to all the winners. See more pictures from the event here. See you again next year!
