Three more Chinese education institutions have chosen Scientia to provide their timetable scheduling software:
Macao Polytechnic Institute
Established in 1991, Macao Polytechnic Institute (MPI) is a public institution of higher education with an emphasis on applied knowledge and skills. It serves around 3,000 full-time degree students and approximately 10,000 part-time/lifelong learning students across two campuses.
We first met with Macao in October 2017 and have a provisional go-live date of September 2018 – a fast procurement and implementation process for the sector. Macao is moving from an internal system to our market-leading Syllabus Plus timetabling software, along with Web Data Collector and a range of timetable publishing and data integration tools.
Xiamen Xingcai Vocational & Technical College
Founded in 1983, Xiamen Xingcai Vocational & Technical College has around 6,000 full-time students and 300 teaching staff; it also offers a range of vocational skills training to local communities.
