Resource Booker

With Resource Booker, anything can be defined as a bookable resource: a room, a microscope, a car park space, even a swimming pool lane.

Book a resource

Your space, equipment and people are your most valuable resources; managing them effectively across multiple faculties and sites is one of the biggest challenges faced by education institutions today. Resource Booker empowers students and staff to make and manage their own room and resource bookings, reducing the burden on your institution.

Advanced rules and permissions

Control who can book what, and when they can book it. Enforce an approval process. Define booking rules and quotas. Permissions can be managed in Resource Booker alone, or linked to Active Directory groups. Administrators are in full control.

Book resources not rooms

Create and manage multiple types of resources to represent your equipment, people and spaces: projection screens, laptops, staff members, car parking spaces, catering equipment, study desks and of course, rooms. Need a room for a meeting with your personal tutor? Need a laboratory, some specialist equipment and a technician to run an experiment? Resource Booker lets you book multiple resources for a single booking.

"The reaction has been really positive. The User Interface is definitely one of its strengths—it’s completely self-explanatory; you can’t help but book something!"
