In Delivery Services, we aim to provide top-quality service and support to our customers. To ensure we are meeting the high standards that our customers expect, we have introduced a Customer Satisfaction Survey. For Consultancy work, this will be sent at the end of each milestone; for Support requests, one in every 10 will automatically get a survey.
The Satisfaction Survey consists of three questions with radio button answers and should only take a minute or so to complete. We kindly ask that if you receive any of these surveys, please complete them, enabling us to get real-time feedback on customer satisfaction and make improvements if necessary.
